Camp Dates
June 24-June 28, 2024
Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, June 24, 2024. Camp will be Monday – Thursday 9 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Friday – 9 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. followed by lunch and program. Children Pre-K through 9th grade.
Overnight will be June 18-19.
Camp Location
Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Rochester, MN.
Registration
Registration must be made in advance and received by May 1st, 2024.
Registration information will be available late winter, early spring 2024.
Fees
The 2024 fee for camp is $275 per camper; $100 extra for 6th-9th graders going on the overnight outing at Eagle Bluff Learning Center. The registration fee includes camp materials, instructors, t-shirt, noon meals, snacks, facility fees, and off-site activities.
Refunds
No refunds unless there is someone on our waiting list to take your place.
Meals
A Korean lunch will be served daily. This is included in each camper’s fee. Adult meal tickets for non-volunteers and guests can be purchased at camp, Monday-Friday. Adults volunteering will receive free meals the days of their service. Friday – a Korean lunch and a special program for families and friends given by the children will follow morning classes.
Daycare
Childcare will be provided for infants – 4 year olds whose parents are volunteering at camp.

Offsite Program
Sixth grade and up will have an offsite overnight experience at the Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center. A night of fun with popular Korean music, swimming, team building, cooking, and games! Transportation and fees are included in camp registration fee. Sixth grade and up registering after the deadline will be allowed to go on a “space available” basis. Medical release form needed at time of registration.
Camp Market
Korean Heritage House, The Hanji Crew, and The Camp Moon Hwa Store will be carrying authentic Korean items, snacks, etc.
Volunteers
Each parent is asked to volunteer. Camp can only be as good as we make it! We need your participation to continue the success of this event. Please fill out the volunteer section on the back of the registration form. Full-time volunteers at camp will receive a free lunch. The success of this year’s camp depends on active parent involvement. If you are interested in serving on one of the committees for this year’s camp, please contact campmoonhwamn@gmail.com.
